At bsp.church we take the Bible seriously, so seriously that we want to ask serious questions of it, its context, its meaning and its application. Life isn’t simple & neither is Holy Scripture.

No form filling, no vouchers required and you are welcome to collect from us as often as you like. If you need it or you want to help prevent perfectly good food from going to landfill we have it here for all.We will not always know what is available in advance but we aim to include a variety of fruit, veg, salad items, bread, pastries, cakes, toiletries, store cupboard items and maybe even some treats or flowers and probably a few surprise items.
Please bring your own bag(s) to fill.If we have time, we will update our Facebook Page the night before with what is available, so it will be worth “liking” and following our page if you would like to be kept up to date with what we have and what we might be up to next.

In order to ensure COVID safety we are taking bookings for our main Christmas services. This will help us to place family bubbles safely in church. There is no charge for attending Mass but we may not be able to admit anyone who has not booked.
Booking a place is simple through Eventbrite, please click on the following links to a place for these services…
- Midnight Mass, Christmas Eve, S. Mary the Virgin, Bickleigh at 11.45pm
- Midnight Mass, Christmas Eve, S. Edward, Shaugh Prior at 11.45pm
- Christmas Day, S. Mary the Virgin, Bickleigh at 9.30am
- Christmas Day, S. Anne, Glenholt at 9.30am
All “tickets” are FREE, this is just so we can seat people safely this year. Please tell others that they need to reserve a seat if they say they wish to come to these Masses.
Regrettably, the Bickleigh Parish Council have decided to withdraw permission for our ecumenical community event for Carols on Roborough Green this year due to (non-COVID-related) safety concerns. The event was being planned under Church of England safety protocols, but the Council felt it could not permit it.
